Limited food options for dining convenience!!! The rigidity of the water policy during emergencies is unacceptable!!! A little more effort in the core facilities could elevate the experience significantly!!!

i had a nice stay at hilton garden inn riyadh financial district. the room was spacious and well-maintained, making it comfortable for a couple getaway. the hotel's location is quite convenient, located near a ring-road, which means you're not stuck in traffic. also, the staff at the restaurant were really friendly, especially maram, who made my experience enjoyable.

I stayed for 2 nights in a King Room, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the room. The facilities were excellent, especially the gym and indoor pool, which were great for unwinding after a busy day. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful.

The breakfast variety could use some expansion.

The suite upgrade provided a spacious environment equipped with excellent amenities, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was delightful, particularly with standout options like the fried fish. communication issues arose, especially during a late check-out situation where responsiveness was lacking, leading to frustration. while the gym was commendable, the pool area could benefit from better maintenance and operational hours.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to the wonderful service at the restaurant by Adel and Ibrahim, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The indoor swimming pool and gym were great spots for some relaxation after a busy day out. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but it didn't ruin our fun. 😊

I enjoyed the spacious, clean room, particularly for my stay on a lower level close to the elevator, providing a fantastic view. The staff were incredibly responsive and helpful, especially room service and those in the breakfast area, making sure I had everything I needed. The location was convenient, right in the city center, which made exploring easy. I appreciated how the breakfast variety met my dietary preferences, ensuring I had options.

While the stay was mostly pleasant, I found the bathroom to be somewhat cramped.

Their rigid policy on water supply during an emergency was alarming. Even when pressed, I received little assistance, resulting in discomfort and a prolonged recovery. Future guests should ensure they have enough supplies or be ready to advocate fiercely for their needs.
